- This unique, intensive program is designed to improve soccer sports performance and decrease your risk of injury
- We aim to create powerful and explosive athletes that are healthy and injury free

Ballard Team Jackets:
- The new Ballard team Jackets are in! Order them for your whole team or pick one up for your player. With the City Tournament players need something warm for the sidelines. Or order for the end of year gift to the players. They are awesome! More info at bottom of Uniforms page.

We have been waiting most of the season for the Ballard Team Jackets to arrive. AND THEY FINALLY HAVE!!!!
They are awesome! The jacket has the club logo embroidered on the chest. There is space to add the players name or team on either the front or back. You can see the jacket on one of our players in the attached pdf.
With the City Tournament coming up, players need something warm for the sidelines. Or many teams are thinking about end of year gifts to the players.
